The Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (CLPCCD) serves the greater Hayward and Dublin area in the East Bay.
I was tasked to lead the design of their Educational Master Plans (EMP's) for 2021 to 2026. EMP's are detailed reports that give educational institutions the chance to evaluate how they have been serving the community and act as a roadmap for where they want to head in the future.
Following the tumultuous year of 2020, CLPCCD needed their EMP's to reflect their ever-evolving commitment to their highly diverse student population. The goal of the designs were to communicate an inclusive, students-first philosophy.
