Overview
The Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (CLPCCD) serves the greater Hayward and Dublin area in the East Bay.
Their 2021–2016 Educational Master Plans (EMP's) are reports that detail how they have served the community and showcase a roadmap for where they are heading in the future.
Following the tumultuous year of 2020, CLPCCD needed their EMP's to reflect their ever-evolving commitment to their diverse student population. The goal of the designs were to communicate an inclusive, students-first philosophy.
